Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). 

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within Canada only.

We offer flat rate express shipping of $20 CAD on all orders shipped within Canada. 

Estimated processing time: 3-5 business days 

Estimated delivery time: 1-10 business days 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees to be resent. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
